RACE 101 is now accepting applicants to the Class of 2013, and the procedure has changed. The new process is streamlined, and it provides better opportunity for students and faculty to set goals and achieve more.
“We want to create more dialogue before our selection process begins,” said program founder Tony Blanchard. “The new application process starts with an opportunity for young racers to express interest in joining us.
“In years past our prospects filled out a cumbersome application, and we didn’t get enough opportunity to communicate and ensure that the program would fit the student. I expect this process will lead to a great class for next year.”
A link to the new application is at the bottom of this release, and applications are officially open. Prospects will be contacted to arrange discussions over the next four months before the new class is announced.
“We expect to announce the new class earlier than in years past,” said instructor Adam Ross. “This process should make it easier to find the best students, and announcing it sooner is better for everyone.”
