The RACE 101 Premier Driver Award

The RACE 101 Premier Driver is an outstanding student chosen from each yearly graduating class by the RACE 101 faculty. This student must have fully completed the program and worked hard to complete all assignments and attend all classes throughout the year. This student must show improvement in a variety of skills and have implemented these skills on all levels of our curriculum with a positive attitude.

We take naming our Premier Driver each year very seriously. This individual is chosen based on the ability to excel within the many facets of program; they must take what we are teaching and effectively apply it into their own racing all year. The Premier Driver is an honor and a responsibility and he or she must be an excellent representative for the program and our values as an educational institution.   He or she must serve as a positive example and mentor for fellow and incoming students.

The Premier Driver will be named at the  Graduation and Awards Ceremony at the end of the year. The Premier Driver is awarded the opportunity to test and drive in selected race events in the RACE 101/Howe Super Late Model House Car, and officially represent and make appearances on behalf of RACE 101, and our program sponsors and partners.
